1. Data controller
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], with its registered office at [ADDRESS]. For any question regarding your data, write to [PRIVACY EMAIL].
2. Data we process
Public wallet address: we receive it when you connect your wallet. It is public blockchain data, but when linked to your activity on the platform it may be considered personal data.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and basic interactions with the interface, for security and statistical purposes.
Content you publish: the name, symbol, description and images of the tokens you create. This content is public by design.
Sign-in data: none. The only way in is connecting a wallet you already control, so we process no email address, no password and no account with any third-party identity provider.
We never request your name or identity documents to use the platform's basic features.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Providing the service and displaying your activity in the interface: performance of the contractual relationship.
Security, fraud and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
Aggregated product usage analytics: legitimate interest or consent, depending on the technology used.
Compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Data on the blockchain
Important: information written to a public blockchain is permanent, replicated globally and cannot be deleted or modified by us. This includes contract addresses, token metadata and transaction history.
Any erasure right you exercise is necessarily limited to the data held in our own systems.
5. Recipients
We may share data with providers that supply us with hosting, wallet connection infrastructure (WalletConnect / Reown, used to pair your wallet with the interface), error monitoring and analytics services, acting as data processors.
[TO COMPLETE: list of providers and server locations, including international transfers and their safeguards.]
6. Retention
We retain technical data for strictly the period necessary for the purposes described and, afterwards, we delete or anonymize it.
[TO BE SPECIFIED: retention periods by data category.]
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection with respect to the data we process in our systems, by writing to [PRIVACY EMAIL].
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the competent supervisory authority in your country.
8. Cookies
We use only the technical cookies and local storage necessary for the interface to work, such as remembering the wallet you last connected with.
[TO REVIEW: if analytics or advertising are added, a consent banner and a detailed cookie policy will be required.]
